JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our HRIS to ensure it meets stakeholder requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, as well as design and implement new system functionalities.
Job Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the HRIS, ensuring its effective operation and continuous enhancement.
Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HRIS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Human Capital system is aligned with business processes and objectives.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality.
Maintain user access and security protocols within the HRIS.
Document and update HRIS processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field..
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday is a must.
Configuration experience with Workday modules including HCM Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Workday Learning, and Recruitment.
Experience with Workday Integration (PECI, EIBs and etc.), Workday Studios (BIRT Report).
Knowledge of Workday data model, reporting, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on HRIS trends and technologies.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
