Job Description:
New Hiring and Recruitment:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment process.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
Company HR Activities:- Plan and execute HR activities that promote employee engagement and foster a positive working environment.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Maintain Company Culture:
- Drive initiatives to maintain and enhance the company's culture, ensuring alignment with company mission and values.
Promote open communication and teamwork among employees.
Growth and Development:- Work closely with management to identify opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive company growth.
Statutory Declaration and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labour laws.
Prepare and submit monthly statutory declarations and reports.
Job Requirements:- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a HR-related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software.- Willing to work in a small and medium enterprise company (SME) with a startup environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and provide regular updates on in-progress tasks.
- A good working attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
High sense of responsibility to complete tasks within the turnaround time (TAT).- Pleasant and approachable attitude to create a harmonious and positive working.
Professional demeanour, respecting colleagues and superiors within the company.
- Mature thinking, proactive in solving problems, and providing recommendations or solutions.
Willingness to occasionally work long hours or outside normal working hours, although this is rare.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
