Recruitment:
-Assessanddevelopeffectivetalentacquisitionchannelsintheaforementionedregions.
-Proficientlymanageandexecutevariousrecruitmentplatforms.
-Defineandconfirmjobspecificationsbasedonorganizationalneeds.
-Screenresumes,shortlistcandidates,andcoordinateinterviewprocesses.
-Collaboratecloselywithlocalmanagementtoidentifyandmeetrecruitmentneeds.
-Analyzeandproducerecruitmentreports.
TrainingandDevelopment:
-Workwithlocalandregionalmanagerstoplanandimplementannualtrainingprograms.
-Developandmanagetrainingbudgetsandschedules.
-Overseeandevaluatetheeffectivenessoftrainingprogramsandmakeimprovements.
Other:
-ReviseHRmanagement-relatedregulations.
-CollaboratewiththeheadquartersHRteamandserveasadedicatedcontactpoint.
-Supportonspecialprojectsortasksassignedbysupervisors.
[Qualifications]
Experience:Atleast5years to 8yearsofexperienceinhumanresources.Experienceinmultinationalcompaniesispreferred.
Skills:
- Excellentorganizationalandcommunicationskills.
-Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandadapttodifferentculturalenvironments.
-Capabilitytodevelopandimplementtrainingprograms.
Languages:
