Job Description

Job Summary: The Senior HR Payroll Executive is responsible for managing and processing all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments to employees. This role involves payroll calculations, compliance with legal requirements, and addressing any payroll-related issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing and Calculation:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, overtime and other relevant components..
  • Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Payroll System Management:
Maintain and update payroll systems and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve system issues and ensure smooth operation of payroll software.
  • Employee Records and Documentation:
Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll, including personal data, salary changes, and leave balances.
  • Process and file payroll-related documents, such as tax forms and employment records.
  • Payroll Audits and Reconciliation:
Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Support and Communication:
Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related issues and updates.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance:
Ensure the confidentiality of payroll information and handle sensitive data with discretion.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Administrative Duties:
Perform other related and administrative duties as assigned by superiors to support payroll and HR functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
