Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Senior HR Executive at Teda International Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources functions to support our organizational objectives. Reporting to the COO direct, you will be responsible for overseeing key HR activities and initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to the development of a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:


> Lead the recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

> Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent, both locally and internationally.

> Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Employee Relations and Engagement:


> Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

> Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

> Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Performance Management:


> Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring objective evaluation and feedback mechanisms.

> Work closely with managers to establish performance goals and development plans for employees.

> Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

Training and Development:


> Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

> Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally, to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.

> Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate the impact on employee performance and organizational goals.

HR Administration and Compliance:


> Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.

> Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.

> Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:


> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

> Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.

> Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

> Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

> Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.

> HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
