YOUR ROLE
- Support the full spectrum of HR operations such as recruitment, payroll/tax administration, employee life-cycle arrangement, staff relations, HRIS update, and training and development.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job description, identifying effective hiring channels, conducting talent screening and selection, to coordinating staff onboarding.
- Handle payroll administration, employment pass applications and renewals for foreign employees/expatriates.
- Participate in annual HR initiatives, including annual performance review, salary and bonus exercise.
- Work closely with HR Lead to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals, focusing on employee development and engagement.
- Assist in reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and supporting employee needs.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum4years relevant experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in recruitment and C&B experience an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Detail-minded, able to multi-task, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
- A strong sense of responsibility, ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Flexible, independent and can work well in a team.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Assistant HR Manager.
