Responsibility- Manage and execute the company's payroll system comprehensively, including employee salaries, bonuses, allowances, and compensation.
Maintain accurate and timely records of employee wages and payroll sheets.- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve wage-related issues.
Manage employee offboarding processes, including handling departure procedures, settling final wages, and benefits, etc.
- Manage employee attendance records to ensure accurate recording of working hours.
Assist in managing the company's administrative affairs, including office equipment maintenance, procurement of supplies, etc.- Support the day-to-day operations of other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
1-2 years of experience in accounting (fresh grad are welcome to apply as well as we have few position)- Must able to speak, read & write in English & MANDARIN
Required Skill(s): SQL Payroll System and familiar with MS office
Entitled to 11 days for public holidays
- Entitled to 12 days annual leave, extra 1 day per year, maximum to 22days.
