We are looking for a candidate to fill the following vacancy in our group office:-
- Senior HR Executive Rawang, Selangor

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant.- At least 5 years working experience in a related field.
Good knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act
- Good knowledge in Employee Handbook terms and conditions.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good leadership skill, positive mindset and fast learner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which included recruitment and staffing, staff welfare, employees relations, counseling and disciplinary, performance appraisal, reward management and motivation of the Company including other subsidiaries and associate companies of the Group as may be required from time to time:
- Handle monthly payroll processing.
Manage benefits programme such as Group H&S, Group PA and Group Term Life and organization annual survey etc.
- Handle the overall recruitment activities for the Group of companies, including manpower planning and selection of the right employees.
Develop, implement and maintain management guideline by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resources policies and procedures, and ensure the compliance and consistent application.- Creating and revising Job description as and when needed.
Handling industrial relations such as grievance handling, counseling, domestic inquiry, retrenchment and disciplinary process as well as any matters related to employee relations and welfare.
- Development, implementation and administration of Employee Development Plan as well as upgrading the skills of the employee.
Liaison with Government and outside organization such as Labor and Industrial Relations Department and other authorities.- Reviewing the benefits and compensation package from time to time and market survey on the latest update and information.
To resolve any other ad-hoc issue in relation to Human Resources and Admin.
