Job Description To handle full spectrum of HR functions i.e. payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and industrial relations etc
Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes, and other deductions.
Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
To handle annual performance appraisal
To do counseling and monitor the progress of employee performance
To generate HR reports and statistics, analyst, variance report
To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action including conduct domestic inquiry whenever required.
To handle general office administration
To assist in any additional tasks as and when necessary
Other assigned duties as required.
Ad-hoc task as per assign by top management.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in any discipline complemented with relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources, in HR generalist especially in payroll processing & management.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with great sence of urgency
Independent and able to work minimum supervision
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Able to join immediately will be an added advantage.
