Recruitment and onboarding for new employee- Organise and attend recruitment initiatives to ensure fill up all vacancies for Head Office with quality candidates.
Supporting new employees for Head Office, i.e., conduct induction session and ensure the required employee facilities are provided to them.
Perform payroll management on monthly basis including review accuracy of the pay items according to the Employment Law requirements and Companys guidelines, analyse payout trends, perform reconciliation in an efficient and timely manner, and always ensure compliance to the statutory requirements.
- HR system management and reporting
Ensure effective utilisation on the HR system in term of managing employee information, payroll processing, leave administration, attendance, benefits administration and HR reporting.- Ensure that personal files are maintained and updated, and employee information is updated in the HR system timely.
Timely submission of monthly HR reporting or any ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Compliance to Employment Regulations
Ensure compliance with all Employment Regulations, i.e., Labour law requirements and Employee Handbook.
- Support line manager on updating and developing HR policy and HR process.
Support line manager in updating Employee Handbook and ensure the changes are communicated to all employees.
- Correspondence and documentation
Ensure the issuance of human resources related correspondence and documentation for letter of appointment and employee movements.
- Employee engagement activities and training programme
Support employee engagement activities for the Company.- Support employee training programme in term of administration and liaison with Human Resource Development Corporation and training provider.
Conduct employee exit process, i.e., exit interview and manage the departure checklist.
- Foreign/Expats workers administration
Ensure all foreign/Expats workers under NH Prima International Sdn Bhd have the correct work permit- Ensure all foreign/Expats who leave the country is advise accordingly on their tax clearance and work permit cancelation is in place
