Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end employees payroll processing by consolidating attendance reports, leave requests, incentive calculation and other payroll information in adherence to prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll & procedures documentation and transactions.
- Manage reconciliation process with associated reports, ensure tax, compliance and accuracy of payroll summary.
- Attend to auditors enquires pertaining to payroll and benefits related work.
- Assist in data compilation for a board range of compensation and benefits (C&B) programs and operations such as market benchmarking exercise, annual and monthly budgeting and allocation, insurance and employee benefits at Group level.
- the continuous improvement, including harmonization and optimization of leave and total rewards policies, programs, processes, and practices.
- wage plan and benefits package are administered in accordance to company policies and in compliance with the corporate objectives.
- to administer the Performance Management System (Appraisal / Evaluation).
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of solid working experience in Payroll/C&B/Total Rewards function under fast-paced developing work environment.
- Experienced in process improvements projects shall be advantageous.
- Highly organized and meticulous.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
