Responsible of ensuring day to day support to employees on all HR related matters.
Maintain and update all employees records in the HR Database/Trackers.
Liaise with government agencies with regards to statutory compliances e.g. (LHDN, KWSP & Socso) and other administrative matters.
Liaise with government agencies on travel applications (Immigration, MYEG, MOH, MIDA, ESD etc).
Manage work permits, and professional visit passes for foreigner employees, students, visitors etc.
Support the HR team for recruitment concerning HR evaluation on candidates and sourcing of potential candidates.
Maintain training records for entity specific on soft skill training and MyPulse e learning training report.
Ensure and handle overtime calculations and to provide accurate payroll input data monthly on HRBP before submission of payroll input report to C&B.
