Senior HR & Admin Executive

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform full HR functions.

  • Involve in recruitment process - candidate screening and interview arrangement.

  • Liaise with all employees queries about HR related issues.

  • Maintain HR systems and processes.

  • Updating and maintaining accurate HR records.

  • Prepare letters, employment contracts, memos, etc.

  • Support administrative tasks.

    Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.

  • Knowledge on regulating statutory such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Malaysia Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.

  • Hardworking and willing to work long hour.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
