Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform full HR functions.
- Involve in recruitment process - candidate screening and interview arrangement.
- Liaise with all employees queries about HR related issues.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Prepare letters, employment contracts, memos, etc.
- Support administrative tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
- Knowledge on regulating statutory such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Malaysia Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.
- Hardworking and willing to work long hour.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
