Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Admin
  • Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Permanent

  • Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Admin to join our team in Bangsar. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in customer fronting, account management, and client relationship expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address and resolve challenges faced by contract employees, providing sound advice and innovative solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management:
Manage and mentor a team of HRBPs, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Oversee all administrative functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.
Conduct regular client visits to enhance service delivery and address any concerns.
  • Account Management & Servicing:
Work closely with the account management team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • HR Operations & Support:
Collaborate with HRBPs to manage and resolve issues related to contract employees.
  • Make informed decisions and offer recommendations to improve HR processes and resolve employee issues.
  • Organizational Skills:
Develop and implement structured processes to streamline HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all HR activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR administration, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Client Facing Experience: Proven experience in customer fronting, account management, and client servicing.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to offer practical solutions to possible challenges.Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Availability: Immediate availability preferred; candidates with a 1-month notice period will also be considered.
