KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES- Conceptualize, create, and communicate ideas to engage and captivate consumers throughout the design process, from defining requirements to visualizing and creating graphics and photos.
- Illustrating concept and layout by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines/ brand book/ brand visual identities, collaborating closely with design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Prepare finished art using necessary equipment and software, ensuring high-quality output.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ensure timelines are met without compromising with deliverables. (Deliverables of each project must be in accordance with the management's objective and directions).
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and integrate them into design projects as appropriate.
- Contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- PRE-REQUISITES & COMPETENCIES
- Diploma or bachelors in graphic design or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
- Ability to adhere to Companys branding guidelines.
- Understanding of marketing concepts and design principles
- Proficiency with Adobes suite of products including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision on projects assigned. Must be able to take the lead.
