Job Responsibility
Senior Graphic designer to create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the consumers.
Job Scopes
- Design web pages &/or FB, brochures, logos, signage, advertisements, flyers and other communication materials. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Create visual concepts, by hand or using technology, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the consumers.
- Meet with the Marketing Manager &/or the Management (in the absence of the Marketing Manager) to gain an understanding of what the Companies want the proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, blogger, bunting/banner printers as necessary.
- Produce drafts for review by the Marketing Manager and incorporate changes based on the feedback received.
- Review final design for errors and ensure that final prints reflect the Management specifications.
- Strictly follow the dateline(s) of completing each task.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Oversees junior graphic designers by delegating tasks and ensuring the tasks completed as per Managements requirements.

- Handle SMART and Midas festive decoration CNY, Ramadhan & HRP, Members Day, Anniversary Promotion & Christmas
- Ad Hoc jobs: Group Annual Dinner, HR Job Fair Booth, Family Day, HRP Buffet in SMART etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent; Minimum three years in graphic design working experience in related field.
- Equipped with strong graphic design skills & creativity.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
