We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Global Technology HR Ops and Tech Leader to spearhead our Client's Human Resources technology strategy and product design. As an essential member of our Client's Global Technology leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of HR systems, and enhancing employee experiences through cutting-edge solutions.
*1. Strategic Technology Product Vision:*
- Develop and articulate a forward-thinking HR technology vision that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior executives and key stakeholders to define technology priorities and long-term strategic goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prioritize employee experience as the guiding principle for all technology-related decisions.
*2. Comprehensive Technology Product Roadmap:*
- Design a target technology product landscape that encompasses all HR functions in alignment with strategic goals.
- Create a prioritized technology product roadmap that delivers value, aligns with business priorities, and reflects current market developments.
- Adopt a holistic approach to business challenges by considering the entire employee journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Adapt quickly to urgent needs arising from regulatory changes or exceptional circumstances.
*3. Technology Leadership & Execution:*
- Ensure the successful delivery of the committed technology product roadmap, achieving targeted business outcomes.
- Drive the development of a scalable and reliable business application architecture in collaboration with enterprise architects, software engineering teams, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Implement enterprise project management tools and DevOps practices to facilitate consistent and successful program/project deliveries.
- Leverage existing and emerging technologies to address complex business challenges effectively.
- Empower teams to utilize data analytics and advanced analytics (A.I.) for informed decision-making across operations.

- Support strategic decision-making through the implementation of KPIs and measurable performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with group governance standards, including technology protocols, security requirements, data privacy, and applicable regulations.
- Experience & Qualifications required from you:*
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in HR technology leadership roles.
- Proficiency in mainstream HR systems (WorkDay preferred).
- Strong understanding of the HR ecosystem, interdependencies with other corporate functions, and the latest industry trends.
