Key Accountabilities
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll:
- Design and build highly scalable, distributed solutions that elevate the user experience and drive business growth.
- Create clean, efficient code, turning designs and ideas into high-performing applications across the stack.
- Own the development and deployment of our frontend, backend, data pipelines, and system operations.
- Innovate and experiment with ad-hoc projects to keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Document all work with clarity to ensure that others can easily follow and build upon your efforts.
- Mentor and inspire others by sharing knowledge, experiences, and creative problem-solving approaches.
- Address and resolve production issues to maintain reliability and high performance across our systems.

Skills and Experiences: Qualifications and Experience
- A strong portfolio of diverse projects spanning industries, technologies, and challenges.
- Mastery in building solutions across the stack, ideally with experience in .NET and React (though we can teach these if you bring the passion and skills).
- Proven experience with CI/CD, cloud systems, and a history of integrating with APIs and backend services.
- A track record of side projects or personal repositories that demonstrate your passion for coding and problem-solving. Please note that a link to your personal GitHub or similar platform is required to be considered for this role.
- High-level communication skills in English, and the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
