Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in DevOps architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying Fin-Tech web applications, system administration, and leading technical initiatives. You will collaborate with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Fin-Tech web applications with a focus on best practices in system administration.
- Collaborate effectively with business users and stakeholders to address business needs.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance to team members to ensure alignment with development standards and successful project delivery.
- Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS to ensure application scalability and high availability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements in application and infrastructure management.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- In-depth knowledge of .NET, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular.js).
- Strong understanding of both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, including MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible for automating infrastructure provisioning.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
