- Analyzing code segments regularly.
Delegating tasks to team members.- Monitors the progress of projects to ensure specifications / requirements and deadlines are met
Provides on the job training to Junior executive and monitors their work progressively.
- Design and implement the functional techniques and principles of web design
Create codes that are reusable in the future- Monitor the performance of the website and fix usability problems
Develop tools and features that enhance customer experience
Experience is more important that education background
- 3 years & above experience in creating website
Have experience in supervising- Able to communicate well in Mandarin& English
