Job responsibilities- Review various contracts and documents for stores and perform calculations according to standards.
Responsible for the verification and entry of accounts receivable and accounts payable, inventory accounting, revenue confirmation, cost transfer, etc- Manage all general ledgers and account balance sheets and provide financial statements and other business reports in a timely manner.
Responsible for the company's tax declaration, etc.
- Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax audits to ensure the company's operations comply with Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax burdens.- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business, providing tax impact advice for business decisions to the management.
Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field. Candidates with 5-8 years of experience in the large retail industry are preferred.
- Experience in full accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue costs, inventory, and fixed assets, and the ability to independently prepare financial statements.
Experience in tax filings and familiarity with taxable income.
- Familiar with commonly used financial software and proficient in Excel.
Strong communication skills, meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit.- Quick learning ability and the ability to adapt to the company's rapid development needs.
Proficiency in Chinese communication is preferred as this role requires to speak with Mandarin speakers stakeholders.- Prefer short notice period or immediate starter
