Position : Regional Senior Finance Manager - Salary Range : RM 12,000 RM 18,000

Accounting Operations
- Review and enhance accounting practices across the APAC region.
Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement standardized accounting guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the APAC region.- Establish and enforce procedures for accurate documentation of all accounting transactions.
Budget Planning and Expense Management- Lead annual financial budgeting planning for APAC and review submission.
Oversee the projection of expenses for all markets within the APAC region.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective fund management, optimizing cash flow, and liquidity.
Monitor and analyze expenditure to ensure expenses align with budgetary constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.- Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial support.
Provide guidance on financial matters to regional teams, ensuring a strong financial acumen across the organization.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Conduct regular financial forecasting and budget analysis to support business planning, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization, and presenting findings to senior leadership with a focus on key performance indicators.- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Compliance and Audit- Ensure organized and complete records in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Work closely with stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate audits.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings to enhance financial controls and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles. Experience in a regional finance management role is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards, tax, and other regulations.- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
