Senior Finance Manager

Job Scope

• Oversee all hospital finance operation function, organise overall hospital financial related plans and policies.
• Managing and coordinating operational activities to ensure the consistency of the financial
• related policies in the hospital.
• Establishes system controls for financial policies, systems and develops procedures. Supervise and manage daily finance work of store/inventory/billings / payments / collections / monthly closing.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and any adhoc reporting and variance analysis as requested.
• Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
• To ensure the accuracy of the monthly and yearly financial reports and its submission before dateline given by the Corporate Office and shared service centre.
• To perform data analysis and use it to offer ideas to COO / CEO in how to maximise profit and meet financial budget.
• To perform costing analysis in order to monitor and improve gross / net profit margin of the company.
• To assist CEO on hospital service and product pricing exercises.
• Carry out any other related task as directed from to time.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree or professional accounting qualification in ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/CIMA or its equivalent.
• Member of MIA or any equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing and leading of the Finance Department.
• Preferably Chinese candidate.
• Preferably from HEALTHCARE background.
