So what's the Senior Finance & HR Manager going to do

Well you're going to be in charge of all finance and HR matters in Malaysia and oversee other markets we operate in. So experience of UK, Australia, Singapore, China and Taiwan is a bonus and is mandarin (written).

We want your help to take the business to the next level and bring in our international cultural values including openness, no gender or cultural divides as everyone should rewarded on ability and quality of output.

Ultimately, were looking for someone to come with an entrepreneurial spirit to help shape the next Microsoft or Google of the world, with an amazing can do approach and a sense of calm and fun during the busy times - of which there are many.

Candidates must possess a proactive approach and not be shy with ensuring the job gets done (at whatever hour of the day) with an excellent grasp of English.

• Key responsibilities:

Manage the Global P&L and make recommendations

• Control the Purchase, sales & nominal ledger

• Manage all Hiring & employee retention programmes

• Reconcile bank accounts

• Manage monthly payroll & VAT/GST returns by market

Desired skills and experience:

• Min. 5 years experience in Finance and/or HR

• ACCA Qualified / Level 4 AAT or higher (or qualified by experience)

• Xero experience will be an added advantage

• Experience of finance in an international company will be an added advantage

• Understanding of financial practices in MY and the ability to research and implement in other countries including UK, Australia, Singapore, US and China

• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Work well in a team but also comfortable using own initiative

• Resilience and ability to function under pressure

• Education: BA/BS Degree

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (read and write)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
