Job Description

To oversee, maintain and handle day-to day financial and accounting functions included Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger
Prepare full set of accounts and prepare various financial/accounting reports, budgeting, cash flow management for management review
Prepare billings and documentations for management verification and approval
Liaise with operations team, external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other parties to comply with regulatory and statutory requirements
Ensure proper filing of all documents related to the company's financial records
Monitor bank balance, and monthly bank reconciliation
Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all financial data
Perform any other related duties or assignment as and when required by the management
Prepare annual budget and perform budgetary control analysis
Monitor transactions, including income and cost on personal loan transactions
Identify areas for improvements in the process and implementation of new solutions
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and establish controls to avoid errors in the process
Implementing proper internal controls
Ensure operation matters are compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
Developing financial plans that support organizational strategy
