Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure in compliance with accounting standards, audit guidelines, and tax regulations.- Able to handle the full set of accounts, including book-keeping and financial transactions tracking.
Maintain records of fixed assets register.
- Prepare Journal Entries & complete General Ledger operations.
To ensure all processing and reconciliation of AR, AP & Bank, as well for other reconciliation.- Handling & monitoring internal fund transfer and banking facilities.
Prepare Management & Financial Reporting & Cash Flow Projection.
- Prepare Audit & Tax schedule and analysis.
Computation of company taxation.- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies etc.
Involved in Year-end audit & stock take activity.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior/HOD from time to time.
