Job Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Assist in handling full set of accounts and monthly account closing in timely manner.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;- Min 2 to 5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Good command of English, proficient in Mandarin is a MUST as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
