Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support: installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Sell Service Agreements and Spare Parts.
- Lead a designated territory and assist in team management.
- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints.
Technical Service Management:
- Implement plans to achieve service targets.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance.
- Mentor Service Engineers in repairs and maintenance.
- Plan resources for installations and training.
- Ensure tools are maintained and calibrated.
- Manage and update Spare Parts inventory.
- Promote Service Agreements, Preventive Maintenance Kit and Spare Parts.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in field service, preferably in clinical labs, healthcare, or life sciences, focus on troubleshooting and repairing medical devices and equipment.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
- Basic skills in computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
