Overview:You need to implement warehousing policies and manage activities related to technical spares and associated materials. This role ensures the smooth operation of warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the logistics process. The shortlisted candidate plays a vital role in optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth delivery, inventory accuracy, and complying with a site EHS standards.
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
- Responsible for safe, secure and full visibility of storage and movement of inventories and equipment.
Ability to lead, supervise and inspire the warehouse team to increase work productivity and discipline.- Responsible for ensuring parts key information are stored and arranged effectively including maintaining an effective spare part catalogs in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software that optimizes total manufacturing efficiencies to include order fulfillment and replenishment tasks.
Develop procedures to support warehouse operation in ensuring efficient practices are implemented and followed, including, but not limited to, material data management, storage and preservation methodology, first-in first-out (FIFO), just-in-time (JIT), Lean, while achieving maximum inventory holding capacities.
- Maintain and continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
Working with relevant stakeholders to create business processes and utilizing the latest technology to achieve zero defects in workshop operations.- Responsible for setting and managing budgets for area of responsibility
To ensure all warehouse & logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for all stock counts and variance reports to feedback to Management with constructive reaction/plan to reduce recurring variances.
Develop, measure and report warehouse operation performance using key performance indicators and spend analysis.- Works with Procurement / Supply Chain Team, monitor cost and performance aspects of carriers, freight forwarders and agencies.
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Min Bachelors Degree in any related field.
- Relevant certification is an added advantage.
More than 7 years of experience in Warehouse Management and Operation.- Practical experience of managing technical asset warehouse experience.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application.
- Have a good knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software.
Have good skill in customer focused and stakeholder engagement.
