Receiving instructions to conduct and prepare valuation of landed properties and to liaise closely with clients.
Conducting thorough inspections of properties to be valued including the relevant comparable; ensure that the properties inspected correspond to their respective land titles; and conduct enquiries with the relevant government bodies/authorities.
Preparation of professional, good and accurate valuation reports complete with photographs and plans, covering letters and bills; and to dispatch the same within the given deadlines.
To ensure field inspections, compilations of data/information and valuations and report writings are of professional quality with thorough checking and zero error. All data are also to be analyzed/sieved and stored in the computer data bank.
To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques.
To ensure appointments and instructions from clients are in the proper form and structure, which minimize risk in the collection of fees.
To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
To keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including the construction industry and the competitors.
To set up a good data base system for the Department.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Management or others.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in property valuation.
Good analytical skills and timeline drive.
Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
