As a Recruiter, the incumbent will assist the main recruiter in managing the hiring for the Healthcare Business Unit.
- To be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, and interviewing process and develop strategies to source within target market.
To review and evaluate CVs, selecting best-fit candidates for interviews in a timely, cost-efficient manner.- Build a pipeline and a central database of candidates for all frequently hired roles.
To extend employment contract offers and negotiations.
- To participate in career fairs, career talks, and other recruitment activities and projects.
To maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.- To be involved in ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned.
Able to build a strong rapport with Hiring Managers and understand hiring requirements and business demands.
- Assisting in developing budgets and short-term forecasts for yearly recruitment plans (sourcing, pipelines, branding, etc).
Prepare recruitment-related reports and perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.- Support the preparation of onboarding documents and materials.
Supporting recruitment training and onboarding activities throughout.
Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (internal/in-house recruiter)
Experience working in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of recruitment operations and administrative tasks
Familiar with various recruiting channels, platforms, and job board
- Familiar with bulk or mass hiring
Familiar with SAP HR and SuccessFactors- Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia - written & spoken
- Matured, self-motivated, and excellent organizing skills with a strong sense of commitment to meeting the deadline
Strong attention to detail, self-starter, initiative-driven, proactive, and possess an alert, inquiring mind- Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment
Flexible, adaptable, and able to build relationships quickly with all levels
- Willing to work in HQ-The Ascent, Petaling Jaya
Able to start immediately, preferably 1st July 2024
