JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales pitches and presentations.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for business growth.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

3. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive
4. Content Creation & Management:
- Create high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Work closely with the design team to produce engaging visual content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
6. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior members of the sales and marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and implementation.
7. Branding
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing materials and campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual aesthetics across all channels
- Conduct regular brand audits and recommend improvements to enhance brand perception.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to create compelling branding materials
The working location is conveniently accessible in Ampang, whether you're coming from Ampang itself or nearby Cheras. There's also parking available near the residential area just outside the office compound for added convenience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Well versed in Malaysia's market trend
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM3,00.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
