a) SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGIES & IMPLEMENTATION- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices across the organization.
Consolidate and prepare reporting materials of the Groups sustainability performance.- Collect and analyse sustainability quantitative and qualitative data at the group level, ensuring data integrity at all times, and maintaining effective relationships with all data providers.
Prepare and publish the Group s sustainability reporting, ensuring transparency in the organization's performance in environmental, social, and governance aspect.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees about ESG goals, practices, and their individual roles in achieving them.
Foster a culture of sustainability and responsibility throughout the organization.- Stay informed and updated regarding changes in sustainability regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
- b) ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT
Execute the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management System in Group and ensure consistency of risk management practices in the Group.- Assist to identify risk exposures, pre-empt, and unravel potential risk scenario to proactively address risk issues.
Develop and implement risk management program to ensure all risks identified are addressed and risk impact are minimized through proper mitigations.
- Act as the focal point for coordinating, monitoring and championing risks management process.
Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Minimum Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. Environmental Management, Sustainability Development or risk management)- Certification in Sustainability (e.g., Sustainability Reporting, GRI, TCFD) is an added advantage
Knowledge of hospital system and Quality related Accreditation.
- Familiar with risk management and tools.
Minimum 3 years experience in the sustainability reporting/risk management preferably in healthcare industry
