Coordinate accounting tasks involved in maintaining various accounting and financial records and extensively monitoring and processing related data.
Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures of different countries prepare reports correspondence and answer inquiries internally and externally regarding finance and accounting information.
Ensure the smooth operation of finance daily transactions and operations in Record to Report, Booking to Cash, Procure to pay, and Data Management in end-to-end finance processes in Accounting.
Liaise extensively with colleagues as well as financial institutions domestically and abroad across various countries.
Performed analytical reviews of financial and non-financial data for Balance Sheet and P/L preparation.
Timely preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
Coordinate and complete annual audits with internal and external auditors.
To liaise with related parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc.
Work on improvement projects to enhance end-to-end finance processes.
Preparation of tax reports Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by management.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with professional qualifications.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience.
Experience with Oracle is preferred.
Experience in a shared service center will be an added advantage.
