Job Purpose
- Execute and support the overall development stage including all building works for project/phase(s) within the township or integrated development from implementation up to handling over as per time frame, cost and quality objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Project Planning
- Support the project feasibility study and recommendation on design and development concept, program, and budget
Project Implementation
- Execute the project implementation as guided by the quality, environment, safety, and health management system according to SOP and ISO standard
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise and collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of projects
- Assist in obtaining relevant local authorities approval and ensure regulatory requirements have been complied
- Coordinate and monitor external stakeholders/parties i.e. Consultants and Contractors to meet the phase/project (s) key deliverables
People Development
- Manage the team members under their supervision including their career development
Job Dimension (Impact and accountabilities)
- Support and control any issues in the overall development stage to meet the agreed timeline, cost, and quality objectives.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Engineering/Building/Architecture or any other relevant qualifications in Property Development
- Experience in project planning with a developer background
- 4 5 years of relevant working experience in the Property Industry
