Job Responsibilities: Process payment of supplier invoices and crew payroll.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Handle enquiries on payment status.
Review bank statement periodically to ensure all payments are updated in system and cash book.
Run system month end revaluation for cash/bank accounts.
Verify vendors bank details.
Performs as the custodian of company's petty cash.
To perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Degree in Accountancy or related professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
Well-versed in MS Excel and competent in using Microsoft Business Central or other established financial software- Exposure to a multi-currency environment
A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- A person with integrity with can-do attitude, a team player with good communication skills
