Job description:Job Summary
This role requires a detailed oriented and tech-savvy person to provide efficient back-end support to ensure process efficiency in the design, development and implementation of a Strengths-Based Education (SBE) Toolkit for Orang Asli children. Besides a passion to work with the Orang Asli communities on the ground towards social transformation, the job requires a pro-active, adaptable and resourceful person with good interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to and provides back-end support in the overall development of the SBE Toolkit towards publication and roll-out
- Ensures accurate documentations of elicited learning content and resources from target Orang Asli communities
- Maintains a documentation system for module pilot testing and assessments, and relevant data
- Provides tech support in the design and development of modules
- Coordinates teacher training and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Engages with stakeholders to gather feedback to continuously fine-tune learning resources
- Monitors and conducts ongoing analysis, and report findings in a timely manner
- Assumes responsibility for daily office operations and related administrative tasks
- Undertake other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
A Bachelor degree in Education Technology, or relevant field

Expected Minimum Years of Experience
At least 3-4 years of experience in the field of education technology, administration, and community engagement.
