Senior Executive, Online Retail Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of dynamic online campaigns across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and internal channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to boost performance, drive affiliate marketing, enhance social media engagement, and cultivate strategic partnerships.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future
1.Campaign Management & Execution:
Oversee and manage online marketing campaigns across CA Online, Shopee, and TikTok.
Lead the execution of campaign content design and user journey optimization.
Liaise with internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
2.Affiliate Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and review affiliate marketing campaigns, particularly using platforms like Involve Asia.
Coordinate with affiliate partners and marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions.
Manage affiliate and performance metrics to ensure maximum return on investment.
3.Livestream Planning & Execution:
Plan and execute livestream events on platforms like Shopee, TikTok Live, and Facebook Live.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging livestream content that aligns with marketing objectives.
4.Social Media Engagement:
Develop and execute social media engagement strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Measure the efficiency and productivity of social media investments and ensure optimal engagement.
Drive brand visibility and user interaction through creative and data-driven content.
5.Partnership Development & Execution:
Plan, execute, and review partnerships with financial services institutions (FSI), e-wallet providers (TNG, GrabPay), and accessory brands.
Collaborate with external partners, including government bodies, to create synergies that benefit the brand.
Monitor the effectiveness of partnership campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role
Minimum 2 years experience managing e-commerce campaigns on platforms like Shopee and TikTok.
Proven track record in affiliate marketing.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, with experience in FB, Instagram, and TikTok.
Experience planning and executing livestreams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
