Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute product displays in retail outlets to ensure maximum visibility and attractiveness.
Implement in-store marketing strategies, including signage, product placement, and promotional materials.- Regularly visit retail locations to ensure displays are maintained and updated according to the latest guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are well-stocked with the right products.
- Work with the supply chain and warehouse teams to manage stock replenishment and avoid overstock or stockouts.
Coordinate with retail partners to manage product returns and exchanges.- Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Identify trends, best-selling products, and underperforming items, and adjust merchandising plans accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and inventory levels for management.
Work closely with the sales team to understand product promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that in-store displays reflect current marketing campaigns and branding.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer preferences and sales data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising standards.- Address any issues related to product placement, inventory levels, or store compliance with merchandising guidelines.
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and retail trends.
- Use insights from market research to develop innovative merchandising strategies that differentiate Offspring Inc.s products from competitors.
Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, product launches, and special events.- Ensure that promotional materials are displayed prominently and effectively during campaigns.
Evaluate the success of promotions and events, and provide recommendations for future activities.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with retail partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for product presentation.
