Responsibilities:- Product Development- To develop new products when direction is given from superiors, after costing has been approved at weekly Work In Progress (WIP).
Internal Food Tasting- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for weekly sessions.- WIP Food Tasting- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for weekly sessions.
Top Management Food Tasting- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for bi-weekly sessions.
- Photo Shoot- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for Grand Menu and Seasonal Promotions. To manage Photo shoot as a Person In Charge (PIC) for Bonanza, Clear Menu and/ or special events upon requests.
Staff Meal- To create staff meal costing and SOP upon requests.- Overseas and Other Brands- To support upon request from Director or Manager.
General Use of Labo- To manage Raw Material Stock Level and to maintain cleanliness of Labo Kitchen.
- Division Workflow Improvement- To propose innovative idea for the improvement of the company and Labo.
Support kitchen ad-hoc job- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
- Min Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Art, Hospitality, Business Studies or any other related field.
Min 3 years working experience in the related field- Experience in menu creation / development would be an added advantage
Willing to work in the restaurant as and when as required
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
