Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
Handling all tenancy admin matter including preparation of Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
Establish and maintain good relations with Retailers as well as attend any queries, requests, comments, and complaints.
Ensure timely renewal tenancy agreements and updated deposits listing and collection.
Attend tenancy related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation.
Assists in coordinate renovation plans, procedures and monitor renovation work.
Knowledge in retail management will be added value.

Job Requirements

Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Retail Management / Economics / Communication/ Marketing or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years experience in related field, preferably in Shopping Mall Management, Retail, Event Management background
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in Mandarina will added advantage.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
