As an IT Infrastructure Executive typically focuses on the day-to-day management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IoT devices and systems, ensuring they function correctly, are securely connected, and are integrated smoothly with other IT systems, while also providing support for any IoT-related issues that arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with IT, operations, and business teams to deploy and manage IoT solutions
Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting IoT devices and sensors as well as the cloud platform.- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, subnetting, and basic routing
Good knowledge of how IoT data is collected, stored, and processed, including to present the analytic in the Power BI or reporting tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, especially when working on multiple IoT projects or deployments- Ability to document processes, device configurations, and troubleshooting steps clearly
Team-oriented and self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
