RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and evaluate individual operating area's operations & risks and provide key inputs for the development of the individual audit planning memorandum to ensure that the audit assignment is conducted in accordance with the approved audit plan.
Perform planning for each audit assignment in accordance with the approved audit plan to ensure the necessary audit procedures are carried out appropriately.- Co-ordinate, supervise and review works performed by team members to ensure timely, accurate and complete performance of audit works in line with the audit objectives.
Assess and substantiate audit findings arising from audit and compile them into exit meeting agenda format for review by supervisor.
- Organize exit meeting with relevant division/department heads and draft exit meeting minutes and audit report for review by supervisors to ensure audit findings are communicated effectively and management responses/action plans are established to address the audit findings.
Perform follow-up on the agreed resolutions/action plans for all audit findings as recorded in the exit meeting minutes for each audit assignment on a timely basis.- Evaluate subordinates performance and to take effective actions to address on the performance matters for continuous improvement.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Superior to ensure operational efficiency
Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline and/or professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in Audit
Have sound knowledge of IS internal controls and governance framework as well as risk management principles / practices- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and work in a team environment
Adventurous and independent with an interest to experience life in Genting Highlands (accommodation & meal allowance provided)
