Job Description
- Manage payroll processing for companies as well as monthly statutory payments and deductions. Exposure to Overseas Payroll.
- Maintain HR & Payroll System by ensuring employee information, data and movement record are updated from time to time.
- Manage employee benefits such as medical, leave, car loan interest subsidy & etc.
- Prepare HR management report by consolidating and analysing data to facilitate decision making and action planning.
- Training administration for HRDF claims submission, course registration and payments.
- Conducting regular audits and reconciliations of payroll records, tax filings, and other related documents to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all documents are in order & compliance, assist in audit exercises.
- Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions, medical claims etc.
- Work with HR teams to continuously enhance HR processes to improve the related HR Policies & Procedures/Guidelines.
Who we are looking for :
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, and those with Finance, Accounting, Economic background would be an advantage.
- 4-5 years of experience in handling end to end payroll processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Pro-active and creative with the ability to resolve issues and work independently.
- Able to handle all confidential matters with sensitivity and integrity.
- Able to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
