KEY ROLES
To implement and execute Human Capital activities in accordance to University policies and procedures.
Identify and coordinate manpower planning to fulfill manpower needs to support the operational requirements of the business.
Plan & coordinate the recruitment & staff mobility process. Accommodate according to campus budget approval.
Coordinate PPC exercise to ensure deadlines are followed to avoid delays. Monitor the PPC exercise progress and responsible to any inquiries pertaining to PPC at campus level to ensure accuracy of data for PPC moderation report.
Administrate & coordinate the handling of discipline or grievance cases, based on guidance from Group Human Capital (GHC) in accordance to policies and procedures to maintain the harmonious environment.
Advise management team and staff on matters pertaining to UniKL terms and conditions to ensure procedures are followed.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Psychology or any related field.
At least four (4) years working experience in related field.
Knowledgeable in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act
Independent and solid experience in handling minor, major & severe staff misconduct is required.
General knowledge of tax and salary / payroll related issues.
Good conflict resolution skills along with being honest and high level of integrity.
Ability to maintain excellent working relationships and adopt appropriate communication methods to related with people of diverse culture at all levels.
Strong analytical and organization skills.
