Job Description:

• Provide daily support and administration on Payroll in S/4 Hana.
• Understand the business processes and business requirements of the organization.
• Attending to all issues raised, resolve problems and follow up on the issues.
• Managing & controlling the change request by business user.
• Identify and initiate the process improvements to achieve business requirements.
• Close liaison with business users, vendor and internal support teams.
• Provide high quality support to internal and external users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HR / IT or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years working experience in HR or Payroll systems.
• Familiar with HR & Payroll business processes.
• Experience on SuccessFactors or SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
