Senior Executive HRBP

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive HRBP at Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd in Kapar. The Senior Executive HRBP will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing human resources, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and executing performance management strategies on a day-to-day basis.

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Experience in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
