YOUR MISSION:
The purpose of this role is to take care of all the important financial functions of an organization.
Task 1: Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions including inter-company transaction, accrual accounting, invoice posting, monthly closing, preparation of journals, audit schedules and bank reconciliation.
Task 2: Handle periodic reporting, analysis, planning and budgeting of OPEX.
Task 3: Monitor and plan of cash flow forecast and ensure healthy cash position.
Task 4: Process supplier invoices & expense claims, petty cash disbursement and administer internet banking activities, including processing of local and overseas payments.
Task 5: Liaise with external auditors and tax agents. Assist in preparation and statutory filling including financial statement preparation, GST preparation & filling and corporate tax preparation & filling.
Task 6: Other duties as assigned.
YOUR TALENT:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or relevant studied.
Professional: At least 5-7 years of relevant experiences.
Industry: Trading, Retail, FMCG
IT skills: SAP and MS-Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Language Skills: English
