Job Description- Ensure proper management of filing system for finance department
To ensure all incoming invoices are stamped with the date received, checked against the Approved Purchase order raised- Ensure all the monthly bank reconciliation is prepared promptly, timely and accurately.
To ensure the necessary approval on payment documents is being obtained
- Prepare debtors reconciliation promptly and effectively
Assist in coordinating with all departments on cash flow requirements or cash flow related matters and perform forecast planning on cash flow.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements timely and accurately.
Assist in the income and expenditure analysis and interpretations to enable the development of financial forecasts.
- Performing special accounting studies on area deemed to be material or risk prone, as instructed
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Preferably Executives / Officers specializing in F&B/Hotel industry.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
