Dimension
This position reports to the division head and is responsible for supporting the performance and profitability of the
Accounting Services Division.
Responsibilities
- Committed to assisting the division head in managing Accounting and HR Payroll Processing Services functions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations.
- Carry out the job portfolio by executing operations and coordination responsibilities in Accounting Services Division, including but not limited to client management, task management, and billing & collection.
- Deliver effective and efficient services, encompassing bookkeeping, preparation of management accounts and supporting schedules, meticulous document filing, and compilation of payroll information.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills in client interactions to ensure completion of assignments, involving the compilation of pending documents and addressing queries.
- Ensure the proper, accurate, complete, and timely preparation of records, reports, document processing, and filing.
- Required to collaborate closely with external parties, such as clients or clients representatives, company secretaries, tax agents, and auditors, to ensure effective operational procedures.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- A candidate with 2 to 3 years of professional services industry experience would be preferred.
- Proficiency in both oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.
- A candidate who possesses or is presently pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, CTIM, or an equivalent will be given preference.
- A candidate who specializes in the functioning of the Accounting and HR Payroll Processing Services domain would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Information System such as SQL.
